Exchange Policy

We want you to love everything you order. Here's everything you need to know about our exchange process.

At Ritzi The Edit, we take pride in the quality and presentation of every piece we curate. Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms outlined below.

Exchange Process

We offer exchanges for the same item or an item of the same price where stock is available. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item.

How to Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +1 876 547 2672 or email ritzitheedit@gmail.com within 24–48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide your Order ID (e.g. ORD-001), the item you received, and what you'd like to exchange it for — along with photos of the item
  3. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours
  4. If approved, drop the item at Shop 10, Eastwood Park Plaza, Behind the Transport Centre or arrange courier delivery (at your cost)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your Order ID. We will arrange an exchange.
