Browse our store, select your item, choose your colour and size, then add it to your bag. When you're ready, click "Proceed to Order," fill in your details, select your delivery method and payment option, then click "Place Order." You'll receive a confirmation with your Order ID.

Yes — add as many items as you like to your bag before checking out. All items in one order are shipped together, so you only pay one delivery fee.

Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation with your Order ID (e.g. ORD-001). If you provided an email address, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. For customers without email, a WhatsApp confirmation link is generated. Save your Order ID — you'll need it for any queries.

Please contact us via WhatsApp at +1 876 547 2672 as soon as possible. We can make changes or cancellations before the order is packed. Once packed or shipped, changes cannot be made.

We carry sizes XS through XL for most clothing items, and sizes 6–12 for footwear. Exact sizes available per item are shown on the product page. Each item also includes fit notes (e.g. "model wears a small") to help you choose.

We currently accept:

• Bank Deposit / Transfer (NCB or Scotiabank)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on select delivery methods

Full banking details are available at checkout. Banking details are also saved in the Highlights section of our Instagram page @ritzitheedit.

Payment must be completed within 30 minutes of placing your order. After transferring, please send a photo of your transaction receipt to our WhatsApp: +1 876 547 2672.

Transfers between different banks (e.g. First Global to NCB) can take 1–3 business days to reflect due to ACH processing. Your order will be confirmed and packed once payment is received. Please factor this in when ordering.

Yes — we offer a deposit option on select items. Contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order to arrange this. A minimum deposit secures your item while you complete payment.

We offer the following delivery options islandwide:

• Knutsford Express — JMD $500 (outside Kingston, pickup within 1–2 working days)
• Post Office / Zipmail — JMD $900 (outside Kingston, pickup within 2–3 business days)
• Bearer / Courier — JMD $700 (Central Kingston home or office delivery)
• Pick Up — Free (Shop 10, Eastwood Park Plaza, Behind the Transport Centre)

Free delivery on orders over JMD $20,000.

Delivery times depend on your chosen method:

• Knutsford Express: 1–2 working days after drop off
• Zipmail / Post Office: 2–3 business days after drop off
• Bearer / Courier (Kingston): same day or next day
• Pick Up: ready within 3 hours of order confirmation

Orders are packed after payment is confirmed.

Yes — we deliver islandwide via Knutsford Express and Zipmail / Post Office. Simply select your preferred method at checkout.

Once your order is shipped we'll send a notification via email (if provided) or WhatsApp at +1 876 547 2672 with your tracking number and shipping details.

Yes — we accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 48 hours of receiving your order (not from the date of dispatch). The exchange must be for the same item or an item of the same price. Please visit our Exchange Policy page for full details.
